Here’s a quick project we did over the weekend. The customer simply wanted a slightly larger oak desktop to replace the particle board top. Installing a custom desktop to a store bought tubular frame wasnt easy. Six matching shelves were installed also. More work on the stairs today. You may be wondering what I’m doing in the picture on the left. It looks like I dropped something and am reaching for it (I lost many shims that I won’t get back) but I’m actually attaching risers to treads on the backside with Kreg jigs so that no nails or screws will be visible. #carpentry #carpenter #woodworking #stairs #carpenterproblems #oldhouseremodel #remodel #trimcarpenter #customdesign #custom #project #customproject
