Almost done. Tomorrow we are going to make shelf covers for the corners , do some sending and break this thing down so the customer can take it outside and cover it with a concrete blanket….yes 😉 it will have real concrete as a seat cover which will later be finished and covered in epoxy. So here it is, the start of our #skateboardproject We worked on a template for our supports. There will be EIGHT supports (each will be 2 1/4 inches thick) Why so thick? The customer is going to place a “concrete blanket” on top of this to go a long with the skateboard/skate park theme of this room. So not only will this bench seat guests, but it will help imitate a halfpipe along the border of his room!
